Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We source the panels and mechanisms from a company in Canada called DSH Door Systems. Over the years we have looked at many different suppliers and none can match DSH for quality, reliability, looks and value. There’s nothing to touch them on the UK market. We take these basic raw materials and turn them into finished doors at our own factory in Larkhall, Lanarkshire.
We can show you our range of wood and coloured glass finishes and can then make them into just about any design you want. You can have any colour combination you like. We can colour the glass doors to just about any shade you can imagine for a small additional cost though our standard range has enough colour choice for just about everyone.
You should aim for at least 610mm but if you can allow 635mm you’ll find it much easier to fit bulky clothes in without having to push them in every time you try to close your doors.
It depends on how many doors you’re having fitted and if you’re choosing an interior too but we usually take between a few hours to a full shift. All interiors are cut onsite to take into account uneven walls and ceilings.
Yes, we can deliver all over the UK. Please call us with your location and we’ll tell you what the delivery charge would be.
We can make just about any door in any style. If you can email us a picture or send us a link that shows the design you like we’ll be able to let you know what building it would involve.
Yes. All glass is toughened safety glass and exceeds all British Safety requirements.
Yes. We guarantee all of our doors against mechanical failure of bad workmanship for 10 years. Our doors are strong and extremely reliable. They almost never go wrong in any way, though people often do give them an awful battering! If you treat them well they should easily last 25 years on more.
It’s not a problem. We can easily slice a section from the coving so that we can fit the tracks.
Would you like a fast, free, no-obligation quotation? We guarantee no pressure selling techniques. We’ll take your sizes, give you a price and leave it up to you to decide.
